ATW Gold Corp (TSX-V: ATW) (the “Company”) (“ATW”) wishes to announce that it has engaged Haywood Securities Inc. to act as its exclusive financial adviser, to perform a strategic review of the Company.
The Company is considering all potential alternatives, including the sale, spin-out or joint venture of the Company's Burnakura and Gullewa Gold Projects.
There can be no assurance that the Company will complete any transaction that may arise in connection with any of the above.
