(“Salman”), the Company and Becher McMahon  have agreed that Becher McMahon and Salman will act as co-agents in connection with the CAD $6 million private placement financing (the “Offering”) of five year unsecured convertible redeemable debentures (the “Debentures”).  All other terms of the Offering and the Debentures remain as first announced.
