Vancouver, BC – ATW Venture Corp. (TSX-V: ATW) reports the appointment of Luke Norman as VP of Corporate Development. Luke Norman is founder and director of ATW Venture Corp. The Company looks forward to his contributions in this new capacity.
Mr. Norman started his career in New Zealand as a trainee Stock Broker at the age of 16. In 1999 he began working as a consultant for early stage public companies, focusing primarily in the precious metals exploration and development sector. From 2002 to 2005 he was employed by Canaccord Capital and was primarily responsible for financing exploration and mining companies in concert with many European Institutions. As a result, Mr. Norman has been instrumental in raising over $60 million for start-up and publicly traded companies.
